الملخص: تعتبر إدارة المخاطر البنكية من المواضيع المهمة التي شغلت اهتمام الباحثين والعاملين في المجال البنكي، وتعد الهندسة المالية أحدث المداخل المستخدمة في هذا المجال، من خلال تقديمها لأدوات ومنتجات جديدة، متمثلة في المشتقات المالية. إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة،هو إبراز أهمية المشتقات المالية، ودورها في المساهمة في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للبنوك من خلال قدرتها على إدارة التقلبات في الأسعار؛ أي من خلال قدرتها على إدارة المخاطر، وبنجاحها في ذلك تكون قد ساهمت في تعظيم ثروة الملاك. Abstract :Banking risks are one of the themes of concern to banking researchers and practitioners. Financial engineering is regarded as the most modern means used in this field, through the new tools and products it offers and which is represented in the form of financial derivatives. The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of financial derivatives and its role in contributing to the achievment of strategic objectives of banks through its ability to manage price fluctuations; That is, through its ability to manage risks. With success in this mission, the bank will contribute to maximizing the wealth of the owners.
