الملخص:هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية التخطيط الإستراتيجي للإدارة الأزمات في مؤسسة اقتصادية، بغية تخطي أي أزمة مهما كان نوعها، حيث يهدف التخطيط إلى المساهمة في منع حدوث الأزمات المحتملة والتحضير للرد عليها في حالة حدوثها ثم العودة للوضع الطبيعي بعد الانتهاء منها. توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها أن التخطيط الإستراتيجي هو محور عملية إدارة الأزمات وبدونه لن تكون إدارة ناجحة. Abstract : The aim of the study is to identify the importance of strategic planning for crisis management in an economic institution in order to overcome any crisis of any kind. Planning aims at contributing to preventing potential crises and preparing to respond to them in case of occurrence and return to normal after completion. The study reached many results, the most important of which is that strategic planning is the focus of the crisis management process and without it will not be a successful management.
