Etude Caryologique Et Moléculaire De Deux Populations Algériennes D’ Artemisia Herba Alba Asso. (astraceae)

Caryological and bimolecular study of two Algerian Artemisia herba-alba Asso. (Astraceae). Caryological and molecular characterization of Artemisia herba -alba Asso. (Astraceae) from two Algerian localities was presented. The chromosomal number carried out on somatic cells of apexes root revealed a basic number of 2n = 36. The analysis of the genetic material of Oued Sedar province using ISSR genetic marker indicates that A. herba-alba was characterized by high molecular polymorphism.
