ALGIERS - Algeria will invest with a Qatari partner in a steel complex of a capacity of 5 million tonnes per a year, a plant that will help reduce substantial imports of steel products, Minister of Industry, SMEs, and Investment Promotion Mohamed Benmeradi said Monday.
