ALGIERS- Algeria and French car maker Renault are about to reach an agreement to construct a car manufacturing plant in Algeria, a partnership that will be developed according to a distribution of capital of 51-49%, Minister of Industry, SMEs, and investment promotion, Mohamed Benmeradi said Monday.
"Today we are almost about to reach an agreement" with Renault, Benmeradi National Radio said.
