The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between burnout and length of seniority in the post and length of seniority in the department of police among police officers. The participants consisted of 191 male (M=39.92 ; Sd= 5.69). the survey assessed burnout with John. E. Jones and William. L. Bearley burnout questionary . the results showed a significant correlations between the variables of this study.
