This study aimed to
analyze the influence of transformational leadership in improve of organisational learning, the case Study the hospital of " amri ibrahim " in sidi okba, biskra. We used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. It was divided into three axes, the first axis deals with the personal and functional characteristics of the study sample, which consisted of 35 individual; while the second axis represents the independent variable in the study represents the transnational leadership dimensions which consists of four elements ( Id e aliz e d In flu e n c e , Inspirational Motivation , In t elle ct u al S tim ula tio n and In divid u aliz e d C o n sid e r a t ion ), the last axis which is the dependent variable, which is represented in organizational learning. To analyze the data we used statistical package for Social Sciences (SPSS), version number (20). To achieve the aim of study, the main hypothesis was put forward, which were represented in: There is no significant effect with statistically significant for the transformational leadership in improve of organizational learning
