The study focuses on very important topic that of the public policies in the Arab world, especially in some Arabic countries where witnessing regression in sectoral policies,failures in devoted development and in social welfare levels. Alongside to other standards in the path of progress and modernity. in this study Beginning by using a methodological trend, which conceives to adjust the concept of public policy by treating the problematic concept at first, its different meanings, and monitor potential alternatives. Then touch upon its most important favored perspectives, referred to several studies on public policies in the Arab world, those perspectives can have policy approaches and measure policies through efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness. In light of this statement founded in an etymo-knowlege approaches and methodological perspectives, so we can conceive the ideal border to correct the pitfalls and fill the gaps affecting public policies in Arabic countries.
