إستراتيجية العمليات ودورها في بناء مخطط الأعمال في المؤسسة

ملخص: يعتبر الدور الرئيسي لمديري الإدارة العليا في المؤسسة هو التخطيط الاستراتيجي المستقبلي لأعمالهم، وذلك بما يكفل تحديد الخطوات العملية اللازمة وكيفية وتوقيت تنفيذها، وتعد إستراتيجية العمليات (operations Strategy) خطة طويلة الأجل لتوجيه كيفية أداء العمليات التشغيل أو الإنتاج بالمنظمة وبغرض إنجاز أهدافها لإنتاج السلع أو تقديم الخدمات، وهي متسقة مع الاستراتيجيات الثلاث: الإستراتيجية الكلية للمؤسسة، إستراتيجية الأعمال، وإستراتيجية المجال الوظيفي. في هذه الورقة البحثية سوف يتم التطرق إلى مبادئ بناء إستراتيجية العمليات مع تحديد مختلف القضايا الرئيسية المتعلقة بها. Abstract: The main role of the directors of the senior management in the organization is strategic planning for their future, so as to ensure the practical steps necessary to determine how and timing of implementation. The strategy operations (operations Strategy) long-term plan to guide how to perform operations or production operation and purpose of the organization accomplish its objectives for the production of goods or provision of services, which is consistent with the three strategies: the overall strategy of the institution, business strategy, and strategy functional area. In this paper, the research will be addressed to the principles of building operations strategy with the identification of various key issues related to them.
