Sarkozy made a fresh denunciation of colonialism in Algeria today, the second of his state visit aimed at reconciliation between the two nations. Algerian Interior Minister Yazid Zerhouni said that while Sarkozy's remarks were "a step in the right direction ... we still say it is not enough.
