الملخص: تعد مؤسسات المجتمع المدني بصفة عامة والجمعيات بصفة خاصة، المكان الملائم لنشر الوعي والتواصل والابتكار والإبداع بين أفراد المجتمع. وتتحقق التنمية المحلية من خلال نشاط العديد من الفواعل سواء الحكومية منها أو غير الحكومية، مستخدمةً العديد من الوسائل يأتي في مقدمتها التخصص الوظيفي و الهدفي للجمعية. لذا فالدراسة الحالية تهدف إلى تحديد الأطر النظرية للجمعية التونسية ونشاطاتها في مجالات التنمية المختلفة، وذلك بإتباع مدخل مهم وهو التخصص الوظيفي. Abstract : Civil society institutions in general and associations in particular are considered the suitable place through which to spread awareness, communication, and innovation among members of society. Local development is achieved through the activities of many governmental and non-governmental actors by using several means among of these is the functional and the objective specialization of the association. Thus, the current study aims to identify the theoretical frameworks of the Tunisian Association and its activities in various fields of development by adopting an important entrance, namely the functional specialization.
