هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الصكوك الإسلامية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، باعتبارها أداة لتمويل وتعبئة الموارد المالية، بطريقة شرعية، بدلا من التمويل التقليدي، والذي يعتمد على الربا؛ حيث تم تسليط الضوء على تجربة السودان، وذلك باستعراض أهم الصكوك التي أصدرتها حكومة السودان. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الصكوك ساهمت في تغطية العديد من احتياجات الموارد المالية في دولة السودان، من عجز الموازنة، وتمويل مشاريع البنى التحتية، وتنشيط السوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية. The aim of this study is to highlight the role of Islamic instrument, as financial tool to achieve economic development and mobilize financial resources. Instead of the traditional funding which depends on the interest rate; we have highlighted the experience of Sudan by reviewing the most important sukuk issued by the government of Sudan. This study has concluded that the sukuk have contributed to the coverage of many financial needs of the State of Sudan. Like the budget deficit. And infrastructure projects financing and revitalize Khartoum Stock Exchange.
