The importance of this study is to try to inform the Algerian insurance companies of the need to diversify the techniques of providing insurance services in order to satisfy and maintain the customer. The study highlights the most important dimensions of the quality model; the extent to which the quality of the insurance service affects the satisfaction of the customer in the company in question; how to measure the quality of the insurance service. In the light of the nature of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted by describing the variables of the study (quality dimensions, customer satisfaction) in a qualitative and quantitative description and analyzing the causal relationship between them.
