Saudi Oil Minister Ali al-Nuaimi (C) talks to the media upon arrival at a hotel hosting the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) meeting, on December 16, 2008. Oran will host a key meeting of the oil cartel in Algeria on tomorrow. The Algerian minister said the 13-member of OPEC had reached a consensus "for a sharp reduction of production," according to the APS news agency.
