British Minister of State Bill Rammell listens to reporters' questions during a joint press conference with Algerian Minister for Maghreb and African Affairs Abdelkader Messahel (unseen) on November 24 2008 in Algiers. Rammell is on a two-day visit to Algeria. The two ministers will co-chair the third Algerian-British Joint Committee meeting on bilateral relations and issues of common interest, created in accordance with the memorandum signed by the two countries in 2006.
