Algeria's Interior Minister Noureddine Yazid Zerhouni holds a press conference in Algiers, Friday April 10, 2009. Official results indicate that Abdelaziz Bouteflika overwhelmingly has won a third five-year term as Algeria's president. Zerhouni said Friday that more than 74 percent of Algerians participated in the vote, despite the boycott calls, a bombing, riots, and a small earthquake.
