الملخص: تعمل لجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي" الأونسيترال" المتخصصة في إصلاح القانون التجاري الدولي، على عصرنة ومواءمة وتوحيد قواعد التجارة الدولية، بما يكفل تجاوز التباين الموجود بين مختلف قوانين التجارة الوطنية بما يكفل سلاسة الأعمال التجارية الدولية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز ماهية لجنة الامم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي، من خلال تبيان إطارها المفاهيمي والبنيوي، وما هي الآليات والأدوات التي تعتمدها لتحقيق غرضها وهو توحيد وتحديث وتنسيق قواعد التجارة الدولية. Abstract : The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), specialized in the reform of international trade law, is working to modernize, harmonize and standardize international trade rules, so as to overcome the disparity between different national trade laws to ensure the smoothness of international business. The purpose of this research is to highlight the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) by defining its conceptual and structural framework and what mechanisms and tools it adopts to achieve its purpose of consolidating, modernizing and harmonizing the rules of international trade.
