تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استبصار واقع السياسة العامة للسكن في الجزائر على ضوء الاحتياجات المتزايدة للسكان والإمكانيات المسخرة من طرف السلطات العمومية لسد العجز في هذا المجال عبر مجموعة من البرامج التي تحاول الجمع بين الجانب الكمي لحاجيات المجتمع والجانب النوعي لجودة الإنجاز أي بين سؤالين محوريين هما: لماذا وكيف؟ واللذان يحتاجان إلى حكامة قطاع يوليه الجزائريون حكاما ومحكومين أولوية قصوى في مسار التنمية الوطنية رغم الرهانات والتحديات الآنية والمستقبلية التي يطرحها على الجميع والتي نحاول توضيحها موضوعيا عبر المقاربة المثبتة في الدراسة. Abstract This study deals with the reality of public policy for housing in Algeria in the light of the growing needs of the population and the possibilities offered by the public authorities to cover the deficit in this field through a range of programs that try to combine the quantitative aspect to the needs of society and the qualitative aspect of the quality of achievement. So we will answer two questions: Why and how? Here we need to governance sector is for the Algerian rulers and ruled alike a high priority in the national development path despite bets current and future challenges.
