تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لمستشار التوجيه، والإرشاد المدرسي، والمهني في التعليم الثانوي من وجهة نظرهم، وترتيبها من حيث أهميتها.شملت عينة الدراسة (64) مستشارا يمثلون مجتمع البحث كافة ويعملون بثانويات ولاية أم البواقي. اعتمدت الدراسة على استبيان مكون من (35) فقرة موزع على (5) محاور:(محور الإعلام، محور التقويم، محور القبول والتوجيه، محور الإرشاد والمتابعة، محور الإدارة)،أظهر التحليل الإحصائي أن أفراد العينة لديهم احتياجا كبيرا ومهما في محور الإرشاد والمتابعة أولا، يليه محور التقويم, ثم محور الإعلام، وبعده محور القبول، وجاءت في المرتبة الأخيرة محور الإدارة. This study aimed to recognize needs of training for school guidance counselors in secondary schools from their point of view. This study included 64counselors representing 100 percent (%) of the population. The researcher constructed a tool study which consists of 35 questionnaires dispatched into 5 categories: informative –evaluating –accepting and directing –orientation and the continyation- the administration units. After analysis of the researches. The results show that the individual samples of orientations need an intensive and important care with average of 3.83 which takes them in the first rank of needs then comes the practice of needs wich was less important in the evaluating unit with 1.82 percent and 1.36 percent for informative unit nextorientation and acceptance average of 1.28 and in the last tank the administration unit with 1.06 percent.
