French historian Gilles Manceron has presented, through a new opus entitled "Algerians' October 17, followed by a triple blackout of a massacre," a new analyses, based on news articles and stories written in that period, about slaughter of peaceful Algerians orchestrated by police in Paris on 17 October 1961.
