مشروع المؤسسة كإستراتيجية لدى القيادة المدرسية لإدارة التغيير داخل المدرسة الجزائرية

This study premises upon the fact that the change to the establishment project has become a primordial requirement in all educational schools;a thing that dictates that headmasters and principals should engage consciously with the issue of administration change. Tackling this issue, we should proceed by defining the organizational change, realizing the most important strategies and models, and knowing the change entrances that principals should adopt in managing the establishment project. All the points mentioned have as their prime target the achievement of the Algerian school's goals.
