التصور الليبرالي للمعارضة الدينية في النظام السياسي الإسلامي الإيراني

ملخص إن الثورة في إيران حسمت إزدواجية الولاء في المجتمع إلى السلطة السياسية ومرجعية التقليد لصالح الولي الفقيه، لكنها لم تحسم النقاش الفكري بين التيارات التي شركت في الثورة وبالرغم من أن نظرية ولاية الفقيه أصبحت في الواقع السياسي الدستوري، لبناء شكل الدولة الإسلامية الإيرانية، إلا أنها خلقت نوعا من الوحدانية الثيوقراطية لتحل محل التعددية الشعبية التقليدية المعطاة لمراجع التقليد. فكانت بذلك بداية لبروز معارضة دينية من أجل داخل وخارج النظام السياسي الإسلامي الإيراني، إلى الدعوة لإعادة مراجعة شكل النظام السياسي الإسلامي برمته مع تفسير مفهوم الولي الفقيه، ورغم حدود مسؤولياته وحصرها في المسائل الفقهية. Abstract The Iranian Revolution stated the double alienation in the society in the profit of the political authority and the reference of tradition for the "Jurist's ruling" (Fakih ruling).Meanwhile, this revolution could not put an end to the intellectual discussion between the different currents which took part in the Revolution. Despite the fact that the Jurist's ruling "theory became the fundamental constitutional basis of the Iranian Islamic State and the main determinant in the Iranian political system, it created a kind of theocratic unicity to replace the conventional chiite pluralism which belonged to the traditional references . Afterwards, this led to the appearance of a religious opposition from the Inside and outside of the Iranian political system. Later on, this opposition developed and clashed with the Iranian regime and started to call for a whole revision of the entire nature of the Iranian political system , and a reinterpretation , a concise re definition of the "Jurist's ruling " authority and essence, and to limit his responsibilities and restrict them only in the jurisprudence items.
